About me
I love holding space for people and watching them transform back to wholeness by rediscovering - or discovering, in most cases - who they really are. With that in mind, what I do is very simple; I prioritise building a deep, genuine connection with my clients so that together we can explore their authentic self and nurture their mind, body and spirit. I believe that by understanding who we are and dedicating time to honouring that each day helps us live a balanced and genuinely happy life.
This is something I have experienced myself after realising – after fourteen years at a global publishing house, where I had worked my way up to Head of Global Digital Partnerships – that I wasn't truly living in my dharma (my soul purpose). I decided to take a big leap of faith and move out of a rigid work routine, where I had reached emotional and physical burn out, and take some time to discover how I could best serve myself - and subsequently serve others.
Another objective in my work is for people to appreciate and benefit from the value of ancient rituals and routines while dispelling the judgments and misconceptions often associated with practices dismissed as "woo-woo."
I have explored many indigenous, Eastern and shamanic rituals and practices and gone on many spiritual pilgrimages with a goal to deepen my connection to myself. Now, as a qualified Coach, Reiki Practitioner and Meditation Guide I am on the path of living my soul purpose - which not only serves me professionally, but personally too. Authenticity, humour, kindness, courage and integrity are the values I cherish the most in myself and I strive in my work and home life to help people find what is most important for them and to go after it, incorporating it into their lives every single day.
I grew up in London and moved to Madrid in my early 20s and love working with clients across all cultures and backgrounds.
